Born in Romania 1989, Andra Handaric is a young fashion designer that graduated a Westminster BA in Fashion Design -IED Barcelona 2013.
With previous studies in University of Arts & Design Cluj Napoca and École Supérieure d'Art et Design Saint-Étienne, she developed  the ability to materialize abstract concepts into tangible pieces.

With previous experience as a guidance for moulage workshops she had the chance to improve this technique ,that she applies in her current works.



Her work explores social and psychological aspects showing a warm vision on contemporary world. Her designs are defined by the contrast between clean cuts and rich textures.Inspiration from her country's folklore can be triggered in her latest collection - ARGAT, which questions the idea of cultural identity in the context of globalization.
